1. Purpose of This Disclosure
The defining personalization feature of a BE·IN·IT Life Vision Book is the ability to place the customer visually inside scenes representing the future they want to create. To provide that experience, BE·IN·IT may use customer photographs, written descriptions and other instructions with artificial intelligence and image-processing tools.
This disclosure supplements our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. How AI-Assisted Personalized Imagery Works
Customers may provide reference photographs and describe goals, settings, activities, relationships, environments or experiences they would like represented in their Life Vision Book.
BE·IN·IT may use AI-assisted image generation, image editing and related creative tools to produce visual scenes inspired by those submissions. Human creative direction, selection, editing, layout and design may also be used in preparing the finished Life Vision Book.
The precise technical workflow may evolve as technology changes. Material changes affecting how customer personal information is processed will be reflected in our applicable privacy disclosures.
4. Photographs of Other People
If you submit a photograph depicting another identifiable person or ask us to create personalized imagery depicting that person, you represent that you have the rights, permissions and authority reasonably necessary to provide the photograph and authorize the requested use.
You should not upload private photographs of another adult who has not agreed to the intended use. BE·IN·IT may request confirmation of consent or decline a request when ownership, privacy, publicity or consent is unclear.
Customers remain responsible for the accuracy of representations they make regarding their authority to submit photographs and request personalized depictions of other people.
5. Photographs and Depictions of Minors
Family-oriented Life Vision Books may include children. If a photograph depicts a minor, the person submitting it must be the child's parent or legal guardian or otherwise possess the legal authority and necessary consent to submit and authorize use of that image.
BE·IN·IT may request additional confirmation, impose restrictions or decline image-generation requests involving minors when reasonably necessary for privacy, safety or legal compliance.
BE·IN·IT is intended for adult customers. Children under 13 should not directly submit photographs, personal information or orders through our general website or ordering process.
6. AI Image and Likeness Limitations
AI-generated imagery is not exact photography. Even when high-quality reference photographs are provided, generated images may contain variations or imperfections involving:
- facial resemblance or expression;
- age, hair, skin tone or other physical details;
- body shape, posture or proportions;
- hands, fingers, teeth or other anatomical details;
- clothing, accessories or personal items;
- other people included in a scene;
- architecture, vehicles, locations or objects; and
- text, signs, logos or small visual details.
BE·IN·IT will use reasonable creative judgment in selecting and preparing imagery, but we cannot guarantee photographic precision or exact reproduction of every requested feature.
7. Generated Scenes Are Visualizations, Not Real Events
Personalized future-life images created for BE·IN·IT are imaginative visualizations. A generated scene may depict you in a home you do not own, a destination you have not visited, a career or business situation that has not occurred, a future relationship or family setting, or another desired scenario.
These images are not documentary photographs, proof that an event occurred, predictions, or guarantees of future outcomes. They are creative representations used for personal visualization.
Customers should not present generated BE·IN·IT imagery deceptively as authentic evidence of events, qualifications, ownership, achievements or circumstances that did not occur.
8. Third-Party AI and Image-Processing Providers
BE·IN·IT may use third-party AI, cloud, image-processing, storage or creative technology providers to perform parts of the production workflow. Customer photographs and related instructions may therefore be transmitted to and processed by providers acting as part of that workflow.
Our production providers and their applicable data terms must be reviewed before launch so our Privacy Policy and this disclosure accurately describe the services actually used.

9. Facial Images and Biometric Information
A photograph of a face may be treated differently under privacy laws depending on how it is processed and whether technology extracts or uses legally regulated biometric identifiers or templates.
BE·IN·IT does not intentionally use customer photographs for identity authentication, facial recognition, surveillance or biometric identification. We will not knowingly introduce a materially different biometric use without first evaluating applicable legal requirements and providing notice and obtaining consent where required.
This section should be reviewed if any future image provider creates or retains facial geometry, face embeddings, biometric templates or similar identifiers beyond what is necessary for ordinary image generation or editing.
10. Use of Customer Images for AI Model Training
BE·IN·IT does not itself intend to build or train a public generative AI model using customers' private photographs or Life Vision submissions.
However, third-party AI providers may maintain their own contractual terms governing uploaded content, service improvement, retention and model training. BE·IN·IT will evaluate the terms and available privacy controls of the providers selected for production and will not promise that a third-party provider never uses submitted data for training unless the applicable provider agreement and configuration actually support that promise.

11. Privacy, Storage, Retention and Deletion
Customer photographs and related personal information are handled under the BE·IN·IT Privacy Policy. We intend to retain customer photographs and production files only for as long as reasonably necessary to create, revise, deliver and support the purchased service and meet legitimate legal or business obligations.
Before launch, BE·IN·IT will establish specific retention periods for original uploads, working files, generated images and completed books. Third-party providers may have separate retention or deletion schedules.

Customers may submit eligible privacy or deletion requests using the methods described in our Privacy Policy. Some information may need to be retained where permitted or required for transaction records, legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or secure backup practices.
12. Ownership and Personal Use
You retain whatever rights you have in your original photographs and original text that you submit. Subject to payment in full and our Terms & Conditions, your delivered Life Vision Book is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
The legal copyright status of AI-generated material can vary depending on applicable law, the nature of human authorship and third-party technology terms. BE·IN·IT therefore does not promise exclusive copyright ownership in AI-generated elements that may not qualify for copyright protection.
BE·IN·IT retains its rights in its brand, proprietary templates, original design systems, layouts, website materials and other intellectual property as described in the Terms & Conditions.
13. Advertising, Testimonials and Promotional Use
Purchasing a BE·IN·IT Life Vision Book does not automatically give us permission to publicly display your private photographs, personalized Life Vision responses or completed book in our advertising, website, social media or portfolio.
If we would like to feature a customer's photograph, testimonial, story, generated image or completed Life Vision Book publicly, we will seek separate permission appropriate to that use.
Declining promotional permission will not reduce the service purchased or affect the customer's ability to order a Life Vision Book.
14. AI Imagery and Your Included Revision
Each Life Vision Book includes one revision round, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Reasonable adjustments to personalized imagery may be requested as part of that revision round.
Because AI-generated imagery is inherently variable, dissatisfaction with a particular generated image does not automatically make an order refundable. We will first address reasonable concerns through the applicable revision and correction process.
Errors attributable to BE·IN·IT may be corrected without counting against the customer's included revision where appropriate.
15. Requests We May Decline
BE·IN·IT may refuse or restrict an image request when we reasonably believe it would violate law, another person's rights, privacy or consent; facilitate fraud or deceptive impersonation; exploit or endanger a minor; create abusive or unlawful content; or otherwise create significant safety, legal or platform-policy concerns.
A customer's ability to imagine an ambitious future is broad. Their legal permission to use somebody else's face for whatever occurred to them at 2:00 a.m. is, mercifully, narrower.
16. Customer Acknowledgment Before Photo Upload
BE·IN·IT should require an affirmative acknowledgment before a customer submits photographs for personalized image generation. The acknowledgment may appear substantially as follows:
If photographs of another person or a minor are included, additional representations or consent language may be required based on the circumstances and applicable law.
