EFFECTIVE DATE: SEPTEMBER 3, 2026 · LAST UPDATED: SEPTEMBER 3, 2026
IMPORTANT BEFORE PUBLICATION

This policy is drafted to provide a strong U.S.-focused privacy framework, but several operational details must be confirmed before launch, including the legal business name, privacy email, payment provider, website analytics/cookie tools, AI/image-processing providers and actual data-retention practices. Highlighted placeholders must be completed before this policy is published.

1. Scope and Who We Are

BE·IN·IT provides personalized digital Life Vision Book services that may include customer-provided goals and vision information, photographs, AI-assisted personalized imagery, written vision content, affirmations, music and digital presentation.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “BE·IN·IT,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to [INSERT LEGAL BUSINESS NAME / DBA INFORMATION], the operator of the BE·IN·IT website and services.

This Policy applies to information collected through our website, ordering and personalization process, customer support and related BE·IN·IT services. It does not govern third-party websites or services that maintain their own privacy policies.

3. Photographs, Likeness and AI-Assisted Processing

Personal photographs are central to certain BE·IN·IT personalization features. When you submit photographs, you authorize us to use and process them as reasonably necessary to create, review, revise, deliver and support the personalized product you requested, subject to this Policy, our Terms and our AI, Image & Photo Disclosure.

To create personalized imagery, photographs and related instructions may be transmitted to third-party technology providers that provide AI, image-generation, storage, hosting or processing services on our behalf. Before launch, our production workflow and provider terms will be reviewed so our disclosures accurately describe how those providers process and retain submitted data.

We do not intentionally use customer photographs to identify you through biometric identification systems. If our practices change in a way that involves collection or use of legally regulated biometric identifiers, we will provide any notice and obtain any consent required by applicable law before that processing occurs.

AI-generated imagery may resemble a person without reproducing every physical feature accurately. Generated images are creative visualizations and are not authentic photographs of events that actually occurred.

Our production AI/image providers at launch will be: [LIST ACTUAL AI / IMAGE PROVIDERS AFTER WORKFLOW IS FINAL].

4. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • provide, personalize, create, revise and deliver BE·IN·IT products and services;
  • process and administer orders and transactions;
  • communicate about an order, request or customer-support matter;
  • create AI-assisted imagery and other personalized content requested by you;
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve our website and services;
  • detect fraud, abuse, security incidents or unlawful activity;
  • maintain records required for legitimate business, accounting, tax and legal purposes;
  • comply with law, legal process and enforceable governmental requests;
  • enforce our agreements and protect the rights, safety and property of BE·IN·IT, our customers and others; and
  • send marketing communications where permitted by law, with available unsubscribe controls.

We will not use highly personal Life Vision information or customer photographs for materially unrelated purposes without providing appropriate notice and obtaining consent where required.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to service providers and contractors that perform services for us, such as payment processing, website hosting, cloud storage, form processing, email delivery, analytics, customer support, AI/image processing and digital-book hosting or delivery.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; investigate fraud, security or misuse; protect legal rights or safety; obtain professional legal, accounting or insurance services; or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization or sale of business assets, subject to applicable law.

We do not authorize service providers to use customer information for purposes outside the services they perform for us except as permitted by their applicable agreements and law. Our material provider categories include payment processors, hosting/cloud providers, analytics providers, AI/image-processing providers, communications providers and digital content delivery providers.

6. Sale, Sharing and Targeted Advertising

BE·IN·IT does not sell customer photographs, Life Vision responses or personalized Life Vision Book content for money.

Some U.S. privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” more broadly than an exchange for money and may treat certain advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising technologies as a sale or sharing of personal information. Before launch, we will identify the analytics and advertising technologies actually used on the site and provide any legally required notice, consent mechanism, opt-out link or recognition of browser-based opt-out preference signals.

[CONFIRM BEFORE LAUNCH: WHETHER META PIXEL, GOOGLE ADS, RETARGETING, OR OTHER TARGETED-AD TECHNOLOGY WILL BE USED.]

7. Cookies, Analytics and Similar Technologies

Our website may use cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies for essential website operation, security, preferences, analytics and, if enabled, advertising. These technologies may collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referral source and interactions with the site.

Our launch analytics and cookie tools will be: [CONFIRM GOOGLE ANALYTICS / OTHER ANALYTICS / COOKIE-CONSENT PLATFORM]. Where required by applicable law, we will provide consent or opt-out controls before using non-essential technologies.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including completing and supporting your order, maintaining appropriate business and transaction records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, meeting legal obligations and protecting against fraud or security incidents.

Because photographs and Life Vision information can be particularly personal, we intend to minimize unnecessary retention. Before launch, BE·IN·IT will establish and document specific retention periods for original customer photo uploads, AI working files, generated images, completed Life Vision Books, order records and customer-support records.

[INSERT FINAL RETENTION SCHEDULE BEFORE PUBLICATION]

Deletion from our active systems may not result in immediate deletion from secure backups, legal records or third-party systems where retention is required or technically necessary. Applicable service-provider retention terms may also affect deletion timing.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. Safeguards may include access controls, secure transmission, vendor review and limiting access to personal information to persons and providers who need it for legitimate business purposes.

No website, transmission method, storage system or AI service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers should use designated secure upload methods rather than sending personal photographs or sensitive information through ordinary contact forms or unsolicited email.

10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and which privacy law applies to BE·IN·IT, you may have rights to request access to or confirmation of personal information we process; obtain a copy of certain information; correct inaccurate information; request deletion; opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising or profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive information; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and appeal certain decisions concerning a privacy request.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Submitting a Privacy Request

To submit an access, correction, deletion or other privacy request, contact us at [PRIVACY EMAIL ADDRESS] or use our designated privacy-request form at [PRIVACY REQUEST URL, IF USED]. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Authorized-agent requests may require verification of the agent's authority and, where permitted, confirmation directly from the consumer.

We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If applicable law gives you a right to appeal a decision, instructions for appeal will be included in our response.

11. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Texas Residents

Where the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies, Texas consumers may have rights to confirm whether we process their personal data, access and obtain a portable copy of certain data, correct inaccuracies, delete personal data, and opt out of certain targeted advertising, sales of personal data and qualifying profiling. Applicable law may also require consent before processing certain sensitive data.

California Residents

If BE·IN·IT is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, California residents may have rights to know/access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information, and receive equal treatment for exercising their rights. We will provide any additional notices or methods required if and when those provisions apply to our business practices.

Residents of Other States

Residents of other U.S. states may have additional privacy rights under applicable state law. We will honor verified requests to the extent required by the law applicable to the requester and our business.

12. Children and Images of Minors

BE·IN·IT is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children under 13 through the general website or ordering process.

An adult customer may wish to include a child in a family-oriented Life Vision scene. We will require the submitting adult to have the legal authority and any consent necessary to provide and authorize use of the child's photograph. We may impose additional restrictions or decline particular image requests to protect minors and comply with applicable law.

If we learn that we collected personal information directly from a child in a manner prohibited by law, we will take appropriate steps to delete it. A parent or legal guardian who believes a child has provided information to us improperly may contact [PRIVACY EMAIL ADDRESS].

13. Third-Party Services and Links

BE·IN·IT may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, AI/image tools, analytics services and digital content or flipbook platforms. Those third parties may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review relevant third-party privacy information when interacting directly with those services.

We select providers based on operational needs and will update this Policy when changes to material processing practices require updated disclosure.

14. International Users

BE·IN·IT is currently designed primarily for customers in the United States. If you access the service from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those in your country.

We will evaluate additional international privacy requirements before intentionally offering services in jurisdictions that impose obligations beyond our U.S.-focused launch framework.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, technology providers, legal obligations or privacy practices. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and provide additional notice when required by law or when changes materially affect how we process personal information.
