1. Policy at a Glance
Cancel before personalized production begins and receive a full refund of the amount paid for the canceled order.
Orders are generally non-refundable because custom work has already been performed specifically for you.
Each Life Vision Book includes one revision round for eligible adjustments within the original scope of the order.
2. Cancellation Before Personalized Production Begins
You may cancel your BE·IN·IT Life Vision Book order for a full refund if we receive and confirm your cancellation request before personalized production begins.
If the order is eligible, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund after we process it.
3. When Personalized Production Begins
For purposes of this policy, personalized production begins when BE·IN·IT starts substantive customer-specific creative work on your order. This may include:
- creating or generating personalized AI-assisted imagery;
- writing, adapting or formatting customer-specific vision statements or affirmations;
- designing personalized pages, chapters or layouts;
- editing or processing customer photographs for the project; or
- assembling or producing the personalized Life Vision Book.
Where practical, BE·IN·IT may notify you that your order has entered production. The absence of a notification does not necessarily mean production has not begun if substantive custom work has already started.
4. Refunds After Personalized Production Begins
Once personalized production begins, payments are generally non-refundable because time, technology resources and custom creative work have already been committed specifically to your order.
A change of mind, change in personal circumstances, decision not to use the finished product, or preference for a different vision does not ordinarily make an order eligible for a refund after production has begun.
This rule does not limit any remedy that applicable law requires us to provide and does not prevent us from correcting an error that is attributable to BE·IN·IT.
5. One Included Revision Round
Each BE·IN·IT Life Vision Book includes one revision round, unless the product description expressly states otherwise.
A revision round is one consolidated opportunity to request reasonable adjustments within the scope of the original order. Customers should review the delivered proof or draft carefully and submit all requested eligible changes together.
The included revision round may cover reasonable adjustments such as:
- correcting customer information that BE·IN·IT entered incorrectly;
- requesting reasonable refinements to selected personalized images;
- correcting typographical or formatting issues;
- minor wording adjustments; and
- other limited changes that remain within the original vision and purchased scope.
Unused revisions have no cash value and do not create a refund entitlement.
6. AI-Assisted Image Variations
AI-assisted imagery is inherently variable. Generated images may contain differences or imperfections involving facial likeness, body details, hands, clothing, objects, backgrounds, lighting, scale or other visual elements.
A generated image that does not match a customer's preference with photographic precision does not, by itself, make the order eligible for a refund. Reasonable image adjustments should first be addressed through the included revision round.
BE·IN·IT does not guarantee exact photographic reproduction of a person or exact rendering of every requested scene or detail.
7. Errors Attributable to BE·IN·IT
If your Life Vision Book contains an error attributable to BE·IN·IT, we will make a reasonable correction at no additional charge. Examples may include omitted agreed content, incorrect text entered by us, an incorrect file being delivered, or a technical production error within our reasonable control.
Corrections required because of our error do not necessarily count against your one included revision round.
8. Customer Changes and Changes to the Original Vision
The included revision round is not a complete redesign or replacement of the original order.
Requests that materially change the information originally provided, introduce substantially new goals or life areas, replace approved concepts, require extensive new imagery or substantially change the creative direction may be treated as additional work and may require an additional fee.
A substantial change requested by the customer after production begins does not create a right to cancel the original work for a refund.
9. If BE·IN·IT Cannot Fulfill Your Order
If BE·IN·IT determines that we cannot reasonably provide the purchased service and no acceptable alternative can be provided, we may cancel the affected order and issue an appropriate refund for the unfulfilled service.
If only part of an order cannot be fulfilled, we may offer a reasonable correction, substitute, credit or partial refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
10. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you are charged more than once for the same purchase because of a duplicate transaction or payment-processing error, contact us promptly. After verification, any confirmed duplicate charge will be refunded or otherwise corrected.
11. Failure to Provide Required Customer Materials
Creating a personalized Life Vision Book requires timely submission of requested information, photographs and other materials. If required materials are missing, we may pause production and contact you for the outstanding information.
If a customer does not provide the information needed to complete the project after reasonable reminders and a reasonable response period, the order may be placed on hold or closed. Refund eligibility, if any, will depend on how much custom production work has already been completed and any rights required by law.

12. Digital Delivery and Access Problems
A temporary technical problem accessing a digital Life Vision Book does not automatically qualify the order for a refund. If there is an access or delivery issue, contact us so we can reasonably attempt to restore access, resend delivery information or correct the technical problem.
If BE·IN·IT is permanently unable to deliver the purchased digital product because of a problem within our control and we cannot provide a reasonable remedy, we will address the matter appropriately under this policy and applicable law.
13. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect or there is a problem with your order, we encourage you to contact BE·IN·IT first so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue promptly.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have through your payment provider, card issuer or applicable law. We reserve the right to provide order records, production records, communications, delivery evidence and applicable policies when responding to a payment dispute or chargeback.
14. Applicable Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy excludes, restricts or waives any warranty, refund, cancellation, chargeback or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.
If applicable law provides you with a right or remedy that conflicts with a limitation in this policy, the applicable legal requirement will control.
